Case IH Adds New 110 & 120 Models To Vestrum Tractor Series, Upgrades Existing Models
Case IH has added new 110 and 120 models to its lineup of compact Vestrum tractors. The manufacturer also updated the existing Vestrum 100 and 130 with a loader joystick with a forward/reverse shuttle, a new Advanced Farming Systems (AFS) Pro 700 Plus touchscreen monitor, a low-mount front wiper that cleans a larger area, and a new in-cab cool box for storing food and drinks. Customers also have options to equip their Vestrum with all-electronic remotes and a panoramic high-visibility roof, which provides an unobstructed view of the loader at full lift height.
Talking Power
Introduced in 2020, Vestrum tractors are powered by a 4.5-liter turbocharged FPT four-cylinder power plant with 16 valves, which Case IH says provides better gas exchange. The engine has a 600-hour service interval that reduces its total cost of ownership, it says. The Vestrum 100’s engine is rated for 100 horsepower (75 kilowatts) and up to 76 power take-off (PTO) HP (57 kW), while the Vestrum 110’s power plant is rated for 110 HP (82 kW) and up to 88 PTO HP (65 kW). The Vestrum 120’s 120-HP (89-kW) engine delivers up to 102 PTO HP (76 kW), and the Vestrum 130’s 130-HP (97-kW) engine up to 102 PTO HP.
Inside The Series
Vestrum tractors are available with a wide range of AFS systems like Soil Command, AccuSync, and AccuGuide to gather and share data, boost yields, enhance productivity, simplify tractor operations, and more. Each is also compatible with a Case IH L103 front loader, and all have a three-point rear hitch with a 6,700-pound (3,039-kilogram) lift capacity. An ergonomically optimized MultiControl Armrest and integrated control panel make it easy to access and control common tractor functions.
Buyers can choose a CVX Drive continuously variable transmission or an ActiveDrive 8 dual-clutch transmission. Case IH recommends the CVXDrive for tackling hilly terrain or executing frequent load changes. The 24-gear ActiveDrive 8 provides easy shifting and doesn’t require any manual range changes. An advanced joystick available as an option can shift all of the ActiveDrive 8’s 24 gears and switch between preset speeds with the CVXDrive transmission.
