New MOBICAT MC 120 Zi PRO Jaw Crusher A KLEEMANN Highlight For CONEXPO-CON/AGG
The Wirtgen Group and John Deere stand at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 trade show happening March 10th to 14th in Las Vegas is where you’ll find the new KLEEMAN MOBICAT MC 120 Zi PRO jaw crusher, as well as the MOBICONE MCO 11i PRO cone crusher, MOBIREX MR 130 Zi EVO2 impact crusher, and MOBISCREEN MS 952i EVO classifying screen. The latter is described as the ideal support unit for the three aforementioned crushing systems. KLEEMANN is a Wirtgen Group brand, along with VÖGELE, HAMM, and BENNINGHOVEN.
Best Material Flow Possible
With a 48- x 32-inch (122- x 81.3-centimeter) feed opening and extra-long articulated crusher jaw, the MC 120 Zi PRO can output up to 717 tons (650 metric tons) per hour. The crusher also has a continuous feed system that adjusts conveyor speed to the machine’s fill level to provide the best material flow possible. Wirtgen says that unlike most jaw-crushing systems, the MC 120 Zi PRO doesn’t require operators to spend considerable time clearing the crushing chamber of blockages due to assistance provided by an optional crusher unblocking system with electric crusher drive that can reverse the crusher as needed.
More Crushing Options
Wirtgen describes the MOBICONE MCO 11i PRO, meanwhile, as the perfect secondary crushing screen of the MC 120 Zi PRO. The cone crusher provides 518 tons (470 metric tons) per hour maximum output. Elsewhere, the EVO2 series of mobile impact crushers are designed for easy transport and quick uptime. The MR 130 Zi EVO2, for instance, offers an output of up to 496 tons (450 metric tons) per hour and utilizes a direct diesel drive concept that Wirtgen says ensures high output while simultaneously maintaining low fuel consumption.
Don't Forget The Screens
Topping off KLEEMANN’s presence at CONEXPO-CON/AGG will be the double-decker MOBISCREEN MS 952i EVO aggregate screen. Wirtgen says it offers easy transport and fast setup times, and provides to 550 tons (500 metric tons) of output per hour.
