Compact, Lightweight Manitou ULM 412 H & ULM 415 H Telehandlers Can Be Transported On Small Trailer
Manitou's new ULM 412 H and ULM 415 H telehandlers are designed with transportable weights from 5,622 to 6,393 pounds (2,550 to 2,900 kilograms), depending on the configuration. And with a height of 6.3 feet (1.92 meters) and a width of 4.9 ft (1.49 m), the new telehandlers are easy to transport to and from jobsites. The diminutive machines are also designed to maneuver in tight spaces, with a selectable four-wheel steering mode and a crab steering mode for precise lateral movement. The Manitou Group-owned Gehl brand also offers the tiny telehandler design in the form of its GCT 3-14 and GCT 3-14+ models.
Highly Adaptable
The ULM 412 H and ULM 415 H can utilize wide selection of attachments, including bag handlers, branch cutters, forks, pot clamps, or a snow blade. Jobsites with rough terrain are no problem; Manitou designed the four-wheel-drive telehandlers with high ground clearance (11.4 inches; 29 centimeters) and an oscillating rear axle to keep all four wheels on the ground. Their versatility allows the ultra-compact telehandlers to contribute to a wide range of agriculture, construction, and landscaping tasks.
Power & Capacity Specifications
Manitou equips both machines with a 35-horsepower (26-kilowatt) engine and rates the telehandlers with a maximum hydraulic flow of 12.7 gallons (48 liters) per minute. The Manitou ULM 412 H/Gehl GCT 3-14 offers a load capacity of 2,756 lbs (1,250 kg), and the ULM 415 H/ GCT 3-14+ increases capacity to 3,307 lbs (1,500 kg).
Enhanced Visibility
The ULM telehandlers’ transparent, shock-resistant polycarbonate roof window gives operators a clear view of loads lifted above the cab, and a clear side panel provides unobstructed lateral visibility. This high visibility comes in handy in tight spaces, simplifying tasks such as loading straw bales in farm buildings or moving pallets inside renovation sites.
