New Holland Construction Unveils C314 Mini Track Loader For Light Construction & Landscaping Chores
New Holland Construction debuted its new “jack-of-all-trades” C314 mini track loader at this week’s 2023 ConExpo-Con/Agg convention in Las Vegas that is the manufacturer’s first designed for landscaping and general contractors. Customers can equip the 25-horsepower (17.8-kilowatt) stand-on loader with more than two dozen attachments to take on a variety of digging, drilling, loading, and dumping tasks.
“We designed and built the C314 mini track loader from the ground up to meet the diversified needs of contractors,” says Ryan Anderson, New Holland Construction North America product marketing manager. “Mini track loaders are a necessity in the landscape business, and we believe having one of these on the trailer is an essential tool for any jobsite.”
Your Utility Infielder
New Holland says the C314 can pave patios and walkways, erect foundations and decks, move cut brush and trees, and handle a variety of other landscaping and light construction jobs. The loader is compatible with 29 attachments from New Holland’s construction suite. It has an auxiliary flow rate of 15 gallons per minute (56.8 liters per minute), and its rated operating capacity at 35% of tipping load and 35 inches (88.9 centimeters) of working space is roughly 1,000 pounds (454 kilograms). That’s enough to tackle structural projects like laying footings for a small building and completing fence line work and irrigation or drainage jobs, New Holland says.
“The C314 mini track loader is just the beginning of the new machines that are coming to the New Holland Construction portfolio,” says Anderson. “We’re thrilled to be breaking ground into a new product category with this launch and be able to deliver such a versatile machine for contractors and landscapers that has a role every day on their jobsites.”
Operator-Friendly Design
New Holland plans to release more details about the C314’s ergonomics in the near future. For now, it says the loader’s operator platform is siturated closer to the drive and motor, allowing for greater control and stability.
