JLG recently unveiled the latest addition to its electric equipment range, the E313 telehandler, for all-terrain and off-road use. The zero-emission, low-noise telehandler is ideal for transporting materials around indoor, urban, residential, and municipal construction sites.

"As jobsites evolve, machines need to evolve with them," says John Boehme, JLG’s senior product manager for telehandlers. "Our new E313 electric-powered telehandler transforms how work is done in emission-free spaces and noise-sensitive environments by delivering a quieter, more efficient working experience.”

    About JLG’s E313 Electric Telehandler

    The E313 has a maximum lift capacity of 3,500 pounds (1,587 kilograms), a 13.08-foot (4-meter) maximum lift height, and a forward reach of 5.66 ft (1.73 m).

The electric telehandler is powered by an 18.6-kilowatt-hour electrical system with six 48-volt lithium-ion batteries and can run continuously for up to four hours or longer with intermittent use and regenerative braking. When it is time to recharge, the E313 has dual on-board battery chargers with 110- and 220-V charging adapters. The 2-speed electric transmission has high-speed, two-wheel drive and low-speed, four-wheel drive to handle a variety of site conditions. The two-wheel rear pivot power steering reduces ground disturbance.

Bringing More Versatility To The Jobsite

The E313 comes with a universal skid-steer coupler system as standard, which allows the telehandler to connect with attachments such as carriages, forks, and buckets. The telehandler’s tow hitch lets it haul tools around the site, limiting the need for additional equipment.

    Enhanced Safety

To keep operators and others at the jobsite safe, the E313 has Load Stability Indication, Seatbelt Engagement, and Operator Presence systems with visual and audible alarms and the ability to limit machine functions.
