Kenworth To Showcase Vocational Trucks At The Work Truck Show
At this year’s The Work Truck Show, which will be held by the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) in Indianapolis, Indiana, March 6-9, Kenworth will focus on its vocational truck line. Kenworth will kick things off with the Kenworth Chassis Update event on Wednesday, March 7, at 8 a.m. This session gives attendees the opportunity to learn more about how Kenworth trucks are perfect for a wide range of vocational applications thanks largely to the many body customization options.
Kenworth will also have numerous trucks on display, including the Kenworth T880S Jerr-Dan 25-ton wrecker, which is a set-forward front axle truck with a PACCAR MX-13 engine, and the Kenworth T880 Vactor Guzzler. Other trucks include a series of medium-duty Kenworth T370 trucks, like the Taylor Pump & Lift lube truck, Valew water tanker, and the Summit service body as well as an Altec Aerial vehicle. The first three of those trucks come with PACCAR PX-9 engines and the Altec model sports the PACCAR PX-7 engine.
The Work Truck Show
The Work Truck Show is an annual event where attendees get a chance to get up close and personal with some of the latest and greatest products in the trucking industry. The show focuses specifically on the vocational market with a series of booths, like the one you’ll find from Kenworth, where you can not only look at models, but also speak with professionals to get a better idea of what these vehicles can do.
