Wabash Introduces Flat Floor Upgrade For 2019 Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit Truck Bodies
Wabash National Corp. recently revealed a new flat floor option for its 2019 Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit truck bodies. This option removes the wheel well boxes inside the cargo hold that can sometimes make loading and unloading more difficult. Examples of other features are a cab-access door for quick access to the cargo box and your choice of four different sidewall options, including DuraPlate composite. You also have options for an over-the-cab attic compartment, a slider ramp, and much more.
Versatile Vehicle
The Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit truck body is a fit for various delivery applications as well as for use in rental fleets or for construction. The tighter turning radius makes it possible to get into compact areas for loading and unloading. The body itself is lightweight, but durable enough to get through day-to-day operations. Supreme, a Wabash company, will officially offer the 2019 iteration of the Iner-City Ford Transit in the last quarter of this year, but interested customers can start placing orders right now.
“Our team is committed to delivering reliable solutions to our customers,” said Mike Pettit, group president of Final Mile Products. “The collaborative relationships we have with both the chassis manufacturers and our customers allow us to build products that help our customers be more productive.”
