At World of Concrete 2020, which took place in Las Vegas from February 4 to 7, International had multiple vocational trucks on display, but the highlight was an HV Series model with a Hendrickson HAULMAXX EX suspension and COMPOSILITE EXS lift axles. The HAULMAAX EX suspension is lightweight, durable, and stable, and it allows for increased tire clearances for 315-millimeter (12.4-inch) tires, International says, all of which makes it ideal for vocational applications. While the HAULMAAX EX suspension won’t be available until the fall for HV Series and HX Series models, the COMPOSILITE EXS lift axles are available now.

    More Options For Customers

“Our customers remain at the center of everything that we do, and we are constantly focused on providing them with the very best product offerings available,” says Mark Stasell, vice president, Vocational Truck Business, International Truck. “We are extremely excited to offer the optimized Hendrickson HAULMAAX EX suspension for our customers, which adds to the superior suite of options our customers have to tailor our industry-leading products to their business’ needs.”

    International 360

International also took this year’s World of Concrete event as an opportunity to give attendees a closer look at its International 360 fleet management platform. International had a 360-degree theatre at its booth where the company highlighted the main features of the platform, which includes “a comprehensive, easy-to-use interface that supports all-makes fleets,” the company explains. The service is designed to reduce downtime and lower the total cost of ownership for fleets by encouraging proactive maintenance and improving communication across the board.
