TCI 8’ x 16’ Portable Feed Hopper
Specs:
Hopper fabricated from 1/4” A36 plate steel reinforced with structural channel
2’ tall wing extensions on each end fabricated from 1/4” A36 plate steel reinforced with steel flats
Manual adjustable gate to control bed depth on feeder conveyor
Chassis fabricated from a combination of heavy-duty wide flange beam and structural
Single axle equipped with air brakes, lights, mud flaps, and dual 11:00×22.5 radial tires
Four hydraulic lift legs with power unit included to raise the hopper into operational position
36” wide horizontal feeder conveyor:

Dodge size 6 TAII reducer with a 25 HP 1200 RPM motor
16” diameter drum-type drive pulley with 3/8” herringbone lagging on a 3-15/16” shaft
14” diameter wing type tail pulley on a 3-7/16” shaft

Hinged grizzly fabricated using 1-3/4” round bars set at a 6” opening
Hydraulic package for the grizzly
Electric starter panel to include starter and VFD in a Nema 4 enclosure with sub panel, main breaker, illuminated e-stop, push-pull, hour meter, alarm and potentiometer mounted in the door. Included is 100’ of S/O cord to attach to customer’s power source.
