Reconditioning program includes but not limited to:
Servicing of engine oil, filters, and air cleaner and fan belt, replace engine gauges as required, Check/ replace exhaust system components, Servicing of hydraulic filters, main and high pressure, Replaced all hydraulic hoses and quick couplers, New packing in leg cylinders, Testing of flow and relief pressure on all hydraulic pumps , Service track drive torque hubs, Service pump drive gearbox, Repair any main frame, attachments, or covers as required, Test and replace as necessary the electronic control system parts, Calibrated track driver cards , replace as required console gauges and switches.

Repaired Rexroth cutter pump
Repaired 2 ea: Rexroth track pumps
Repaired 2 ea: Rexroth conveyor pumps
New Vickers lift pump
New pump drive gear box with flex plate
Repaired 2 ea: Rexroth track motors
Repaired auger motor (hopper)
New auger drive box/chain/sprockets
Conveyor conversion 2 ea: Motor, head pulley drive shafts New 2 ea: servo valves Repaired 2 ea: lift cylinders Repaired 2 ea: swing cylinders Repaired 2 ea: elevation cylinders Added updated console-track control circuit, Installed and calibrated updated conveyor drive joy stick controls. Repaired remote, Replaced 5 bank valve, Water pump and tank assembly repaired, Relined hopper feed area , repaired wheel bushings, shafts and installed new style M1200 vibrator.
Remaining repairs: New rubber pads and paint/decal machine. Availability: Early March.
Placer only but is plumbed for a trimmerhead.
