Masaba Portable Belt Feeder w/ adjustable height discharge belt
10’ x 16’ Hopper (18 to 20yd hopper) & Chassis
• Main Frame - constructed of wide flange beam with (2) Freuhalf style Crank down leveling jacks & chord holder
• Tow Hook – Tow hook for in pit moving via loader.
• Tandem Axle – with (8) 11:00 x 22.5 bias ply tires, air brakes, mud flaps, brake & directional signals
• Hopper –Tapered self relieving hopper design. 10’ wide x 16’ long constructed of 1/4" steel plate with baffle and adjustable rubber flashing. Hopper lined with 3/8” AR400.
• Grizzly Section – Grizzly Bars – ¾”x 4” bar stock capped Grizzly bars held “loose” so as to allow better clearing of rock when dumped. Nominal 6” spacing.
• Hydraulic Package – 15 Hp electric motor, pump, cylinders, reservoir, valve body, plumbing, & Remote
• Guarding – Appropriate guarding supplied. We do not warrant that our guards will meet all local codes. It is the responsibility of the end user to have them checked by a local inspector.
• Guard –steel guard to protect under carriage
