10,000 gal drop tank kit for Cat 631/637 D/E scraper chassis
KT100D, 10,000 U.S. Gallon capacity “super tanker” new and complete drop type conversion water tanker kit for installation on customers CAT 631 size tractor.
TANK FEATURES:
*Manufactured minimum 3/16 A36 prime steel plate. 5/16 tank skins, ½ bottom.
*Flanged Bulkheads, welded 100% inside and outside for superior tank strength. (5 times
stronger than competitive flat heads)
*P.F.C. Baffling (Precision Flow Control) provides flanged baffles in both the transverse
and longitudinal directions insuring the absolute lowest possible center of gravity.
*Heavy duty dozer face, mold board with cutting edge at bottom, front area of tank. Requires
use of portions of scraper bowl. Mold board and cutting edge provide with scraper bowl by
customer
*36" manhole with galvanized trash screen and safety grate.
*Access Ladder with non slip rungs. Recessed and flush mounted driver side.
*Non Skid manway to manhole.
PUMP AND DISCHARGE EQUIPMENT:
*1500 GPM centrifugal, close coupled hydraulic driven water pump, anti-swirl suction sump
with foot valve. Model KP6H.
*Soft Shift hydraulic circuit facilitates smooth engagement/disengagement of waterpump
hydraulic flow.
*Rear Spraybar with two (2) fully adjustable and independently air actuated sprayheads.
*Front of tanker side jet spraybar with two (2) adjustable and independently air actuated
sprayheads.
*Hose reel with 50’ of 1 ½” hose.
