STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
BOOM: 4 section, formed full power boom, holding valve on the telescope cylinder. Four quick reeve nylatron sheaves in the main boom nose.
BOOM ELEVATION: One double-acting hydraulic cylinder (-3° to +80°) with integral holding valve.
Manitowoc Crane Control System (CCS): Includes a graphical Rated Capacity Limiter (RCL) which displays boom positions, slew angle, actual load, rated load, and percentage of outrigger extension within one display screen. Also includes an Operating display which shows the crane operating indicators, levels, warnings, faults. Armest mounted function enable/disable switches along with a jog dial for display screen input. Working range limiter and data logger capability.
CAB: All galvanealed steel with acoustical lining and tinted safety glass throughout; cab tilts to 20˚ for greater comfort; deluxe seat with armrest mounted dual-axis electric programmable controllers, Engine and operating functions displayed via CCS operators display with multiple sub-menu availability, tilt / telescoping steering wheel, air conditioning, hot water cab heater, electric horn, windshield washer/wiper, defroster, opening skylight with wiper, sunscreen, 2.5 lb. (1.1kg), fire extinguisher, seat belt, circulating air fan, two cab mounted work lights, and level indicator.
SWING: 360° continuous rotation planetary with foot actuated multi-disc brake, hydraulic swing parking brake, and plunger-type two position house lock; pinion guard.
COUNTERWEIGHT: One piece, bolted to turntable.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Load sensing piston pump w/ piggy-back gear pump, tank with sight level indicator, filter condition gauge, pressure check ports and oil cooler.
HOIST: Grooved drum main hoist, two speeds power up and down with automatic multi-disc brake, electronic hoist rotation indicator, hoist drum cable follower, 3rd wrap indicator, hoist mirror and hoist access platform. Auxiliary hoist control valve arrangement (less hoist).
WIRE ROPE: 590 ft. (180 m) of 5/8 in. (16 mm) diameter 35 X 7 class (rotation resistant) wire rope installed on main hoist
OUTRIGGERS: Hydraulic front and rear. Double box and beam with integral check valves and polymer outrigger pads, three position settings.
ENGINE: (SEE BELOW); with hour meter, air service indicator; engine distress audio-visual warning system; cold start aid and (120V) engine block heater.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Two 12V maintenance free batteries provide 24 V starting and lighting with circuit breakers.
DRIVE/STEER: 4-wheel drive, 4 -wheel / 4 mode steering.
Transmission: Range shift with torque converter. Six speeds forward and reverse (three Lo / three Hi).
AXLES: Front planetary axle rigid mounted to chassis frame. Rear planetary axle oscillates up to 8.7 in. (221 mm); automatic oscillation lockout.
BRAKES: Dual line full hydraulic braking system with transmission mounted spring applied parking brake.
TIRES: 23.5 X 25 - 28 bias ply.
LIGHTS: Full lighting package includes turn indicators, headlights, taillights, brake lights, four-way hazard lights, and dual cab mounted work lights.
MISCELLANEOUS STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Hook block tie-down, -35°F anti-freeze, backup alarm, dual rear-view mirrors, hoist mirrors, front stowage well, lift / towing / tie-down lugs, full width fenders, full aluminum decking, coolant sight level indicator, and two owner's manuals (one paper/one USB Flash Drive).
