A tractor company expanding one of its product lines is always exciting because it means that farmers get more options for finding the exact right tractor for their needs. New Holland North America is trying to do just that by adding two new tractors, the T9.530 and T9.565, to its line of T9 SmartTrax tractors. The two new models are specially designed for large row crop and small broad acre applications. The T9.530 offers up to 470 horsepower and the T9.565 offers up to 500 horsepower, and they’re both designed to have improved traction, minimal compaction, and a higher towing capacity.

    Better Traction & Maneuverability

The New Holland T9 SmartTrax series tractors offer improving traction and load balancing while also increasing maneuverability and performance across the board. Tractors in the series sport larger drive wheels, which reduce the chances of a belt slip, and have mid-rollers placed in specific positions to make sure the machine is properly balanced and has as much of the track as possible in contact with the ground at all times. The tractors also have an articulation angle of 38 degrees, which means they can make tighter turns with fewer wasted movements. The T9 SmartTrax line is also supported by a 48-month, 2,000-hour belt warranty, which shows New Holland’s faith in the durability of its tractors.
