JCB Power Products’ new RS Generator series covers a wide prime power output, from 56 kilowatts (70 kilovolt-amperes) to 500 kW (625 kVA), with five new models in total. All the RS Generator models are Tier 4 Final-compliant and produced with high-quality components from brands like JCB, Volvo, MeccAlte, Deep Sea Electronics, DEIF, and Schneider Electrics. The towable power generation systems range in operating weight from 7,239 pounds (3,283 kilograms) to 25,209 lbs (11,435 kg).

    Safety Features

JCB designed the control cubicle on the RS Generator series to segregate the AC and DC supply, and all electrical enclosures and cable access points are microswitch-protected to further enhance safe operation. Operators can alter the voltage using the three-position, three-phase, and single-phase alternator-mounted rotary switch for an instant change that doesn’t require cable reconnections. Panel-mounted voltage test points and bus hot warning lamps are also present to provide easy verification of live circuits with no risk of contact.

    Telematics Come Standard

Equipment mangers have real-time access to generator operating data, including fuel use and power provision, for all JCB RS Generator models thanks to JCB LiveLink telematics. The LiveLink system also provides service information to ensure equipment is correctly maintained and location information for improved security.

    Your Prime Power Preference

The entire lineup of the JCB RS Generator range delivers power as follows: G70RS produces 56 kW (70 kVA), G125RS produces 100 kW (125 kVA), G220RS produces 175 kW (220 kVA), G400RS produces 320 kW (400 kVA), and G625RS produces 500 kW (625 kVA).
