New Holland recently launched the 300 Series skid-steer and compact track loader line, which the company says uses advanced technology to help operators complete tasks more efficiently. The new line offers 11 models that have either a radial lift or Super Boom vertical lift.

    About The 300 Series

The 300 series models range from 60-90 horsepower with a rated operating capacity between 1,600 to 4,500 pounds (725 to 2,040 kilograms) and a dump reach of 18.5 to 35.5 inches (47 to 90 centimeters). A greater dump height and reach gives operators more visibility and eases loading. The long-wheelbase skid steers and steel-embedded track compact track loaders give operators greater stability for a smoother ride. The models have a low-profile undercarriage and weight distribution designed for better traction and control while also increasing durability.

    Efficient Technology

In the cab, operators have technology to track and control numerous functions. The eight-inch LCD display shows data on the engine, fuel level, battery voltage, temperatures, and more. Other features include a reverse camera and an upgraded electrical harness. Electro-hydraulic models feature the new creep mode for slow-speed operations and automatic straight-line tracking for increased precision.

“The most important thing we do for operators is find solutions that help them get the job done efficiently and maximize their revenue potential,” says Michael Cornman, product marketing segment manager for New Holland, North America. “The new 300 Series accomplishes this through a variety of customer-focused improvements. Our engineers have considered the many potential applications of these units and worked to optimize performance.”
