Kleemann will unveil a number of mobile crushers and a screening plant at the bauma 2022 construction and mining machinery trade fair October 24th to 30th in Munich, Germany. Each new machine is designed for the processing of natural stone and recycling applications.

The new models include the MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO impact crusher, MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO mobile screen, MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher, and MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher. In addition, Kleemann’s SPECTIVE CONNECT reporting app boasts new functions and model compatibility.

    MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO

The MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO can act as a primary and secondary impact crusher. It has a 250-kilowatt (335-horsepower), all-electric drive system. An optional external power supply can provide the plant with emissions-free operation.

Another option is a large, double-deck secondary screening unit, which allows the unit to produce two classified final grain sizes. The MR 130(i) PRO uses Kleemann’s Continuous Feed System to keep its crusher system under a productive load.

    MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO

The new MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO mobile screen from Kleemann is optimized for coarse material. It is easy to adapt to various applications with a large selection of screen surfaces and simple screen parameter settings. The screen can be speedily converted from three to two final grain sizes if a fine output is desired from very coarse elements.

Kleemann says that it’s easy to operate the MSS 802(i) EVO and access its componentry. Like the MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO crusher above, the screen has the option of an emission-free external power supply.

Other new machines Kleemann is bringing to the bauma show include the MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 jaw crusher and the MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 cone crusher. Both are equipped with intelligent overload systems to keep them from jamming. The new crushers will be showcased together with line coupling.

    SPECTIVE CONNECT

Kleemann’s SPECTIVE operating concept interfaces with the user through a touch panel and various radio remote controls. New functions presented at the bauma show make work easier, such as a new configuration tool that helps the user choose the right settings for the machine.

The complementary SPECTIVE CONNECT app displays process information and reporting on a smartphone or tablet. SPECTIVE CONNECT is also now available for other Kleemann EVO2 plants including the MOBIREX MR EVO2 mobile impact crushers.
