Kubota Announces New SVL75-3 Compact Track Loader In Time For Spring & Summer Projects

Kubota recently introduced the newest addition to its compact track loader lineup, the SVL75-3, which will replace the SVL75-2. The new track loader has increased torque and several other updates to enhance performance and will be available starting in May.

“The new SVL75-3 really raises the bar for Kubota’s compact track loader line with the introduction of the first model in the -3 series,” says Jerry Corder, Kubota product manager, construction equipment. “With a wide range of performance and functionality improvements over its predecessor, and standard technology features included in the cab, operators are going to work faster and more efficiently on the jobsite.”

Higher Torque

The SVL75-3 is powered by a Kubota 74.3-horsepower (55-kilowatt) engine that offers a higher maximum torque. The track skid steer has an operating capacity of 2,490 pounds (1,129 kilograms) at 35% or 3,557 lbs (1,613 kg) at 50%, generates 6,191 pounds-force (27.5 kilonewtons) of breakout force, and has a hinge pin height of 122.7 inches (311 centimeters). The SVL75-3’s hydraulic system has an advanced multifunction valve to ensure smooth movement of all hydraulic functions when they are used simultaneously, allowing auxiliary hydraulics, bucket, and loader arm functions to run at the same time with a decreased risk of stalling.

The track loader is equipped with Kubota’s Electronic Travel Torque Management System to enable faster work with more power by continuously monitoring the machine load to control hydraulic pump output accordingly. This reduces engine stalls to keep operation smoother. The track loader now has faster two-speed travel and the same Advanced Auto Downshift system that Kubota’s compact excavators use to automatically downshift from high to low gear during turns for immediate maximum torque when exiting a turn. Travel response sensitivity can be adjusted with three options: mild, normal, and quick.

Comfort In The Cab

The SVL75-3 has Kubota’s new one-piece sealed cab to keep out dirt, dust, rain, debris, and noise. The wide entrance has a sliding front door that can open no matter what position the bucket or loader arms are in. Operators can run the track loader with the door open as well. Inside the cab, operators have a new 7-inch color LCD touchscreen panel with jog dial to access functions and machine information.
