Kleemann recently announced the first releases in the new NEO line, the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO and NEOe diesel and all-electric mobile impact crushers. The flexible, compact crushers have a low transport weight for convenient mobility between work sites and can operate in tight spaces. Kleemann brand owner Wirtgen Group says the new impact crushers should be available in Europe and North America starting in 2024.

    Ready To Work

Kleemann built the new crushers for recycling concrete, rubble, and asphalt and for processing soft to medium-hard natural stone. The powerful crushing unit has a 4-ledged rotor with a large impact range. An optional 43-square-foot (4-square-meter) single-deck secondary screening unit is available for producing a classified final grain size. For an even higher-quality finished product, an optional wind sifter is also available.

The MR 100(i) NEO is a standard mobile impact crusher with Kleemann’s diesel-direct D-Drive. The MR 100(i) NEOe is an all-electric version of the machine that’s equipped with the E-Drive. The electric crusher produces zero carbon emissions, allowing it to operate in areas with emission regulations. The MR 100(i) NEO and NEOe have fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination to compensate for wear during operation and to produce a uniform product.

    Spective Connect

Kleemann says operating the crushers is easy and intuitive thanks in part to the Spective system. Spective Connect puts data on speed, consumption values, and fill levels at the operators’ fingertips via a smartphone or tablet along with detailed troubleshooting aids.
